At Taramps, we are committed to your total satisfaction with our high-performance audio equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your electronics in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Electronics

  Securely package the amplifier or audio accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
